This Return & Refund Policy applies to all eligible orders placed with MASUK NEXUS LLC. We handle returns and refunds fairly, professionally, and according to the type, condition, and category of the product purchased.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order, subject to review and approval. To be eligible for return, the product must:

2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To review your request, we may require:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
  • A short explanation of the issue

After review, we may offer a replacement, store resolution, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

4. Return Approval Process

All return requests are subject to approval before the item is sent back. We may refuse any return that does not meet our eligibility conditions or is returned without authorization where authorization is required.

5. Refund Processing

6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our mistake, a damaged item, or a confirmed defect, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are usually non-refundable unless otherwise approved.

7. Exchange Policy

We may offer an exchange for eligible items depending on stock availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative resolution such as store credit, refund, or another approved option.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment or fulfillment begins. Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the order may fall under this Return & Refund Policy instead.

9. Abuse of Return Policy

We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases of repeated misuse, suspicious refund activity, fraudulent claims, excessive returns, or policy abuse.
